Tillage’s coconut sugar is brought from farms in Chennai. Coconut sugar is made by extracting the sap from the coconut tree. This sap is then heat evaporated to lead to the formation of sugar. This is a very healthy form of sugar having a lower glycemic index. It has a similar nutty flavor to Jaggery.
